From Massage For All Sports to Quality of Life Massage Therapy, LLC

I began my practice in Kingston, Pa. in April of 2012 as Massage For All Sports, focusing in sports massage therapy working with various area athletes, semi-pro football teams, and travel baseball teams. I did that for 9 years. The loss of my dad, Kevin, in 2017 profoundly reshaped my personal and professional path. What began in 2012 as Massage For All Sports has evolved into Quality of Life Massage Therapy, LLC.   While I was present for my grandmother's passing many years prior, it was being present for my father's final breath that truly changed me and illuminated a new direction for my practice. Losing my dad was one of the deepest forms of love and pain I’ve ever experienced. The love is still there, but so is the absence—and both continue to shape who I am every day. I  carry both the love and the loss of my father with me in the work I do. I began teaching for various NEPA massage therapy schools for 7 years, focusing on educating former massage therapy students, now licensed massage therapists, while obtaining continuing education in oncology and hospice massage therapy services. Most recently, earned my Doulagiver certificate as an End of Life Doulagiver. In addition to my private practice, I am an employee for Residential Hospice and provide hospice massage therapy services to their patients. Furthermore, I am the NEPA Grief Group Facilitator of Residential Hospice's Grief Support Groups held at the Carbondale Public Library in Carbondale, Pa. I have taken my personal experience with loss and grief and transformed it into a deep commitment to supporting others through their own journeys of healing, transition, and end-of-life care. I dedicated my education, experience, and life lessons to helping others harness their body's innate ability to heal—mentally, physically, and emotionally. This is my calling to a life of service, a commitment to supporting you through every stage.

My guiding principles: safety, respect, dignity, autonomy, and person-centered care

At Quality of Life Massage Therapy, my work is built on the belief that care should always feel safe, respectful, and centered on the individual, not just their condition. I am guided by the understanding that true care embraces both the physical body and the profound human experience behind it. Every session is designed to honor your unique needs and provide a space where you feel completely supported and understood. I believe care should always be centered on the person—not just the condition.

Beyond physical relief: fostering connection and calm

Ultimately, my goal is to improve your quality of life—not just through therapeutic touch, but through genuine care, presence, and connection. I want clients to feel seen, supported, and respected, leaving each session with a renewed capacity to cope with life's challenges. Ideally, you will feel lighter mentally, calmer emotionally, and more deeply connected to yourself. For me, quality of life extends beyond merely reducing pain or tension; it's about supporting your entire being.

"Very professional, spotless rooms, a very relaxed atmosphere, attention to any specific problem/pain & you will walk out feeling 10× better before you walked in."

A grateful client
